UNFORTUNATELY, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, UNLESS:

 

  1. The product is damaged upon arrival
  2. The product did not arrive at its designated shipping destination.

 

We will ask for proof of damage, with a picture uploaded to the email info@thesotoshop.com and once we have the proof of damage, we will be more than happy to provide you with the replacement product as soon as possible. We will not be able to provide a replacement if the seal is broken and the product is used.
